Vlog Spice Sanur by Chris Salans

Last week I went to Gastrobar Spice Sanur by Chris Salans. The Gastrobar is open since last month, since september 15th. The concept is the same as Spice in Ubud, they mix Western style cooking techniques with Indonesian flavors and ingredients. It's a place with very gastronomic pub food and excellent cocktails. 

For lunch I had fruit salad with granola made of tempé, lobster with stir-fried tempé, noodles with slow cooked beef and short grilled tuna. Really delicious!
